A common misconception I’ve heard about picture books are that they either have no words or very few words. While that is true of some picture books, the majority of picture books have plenty of words, some even have chapters. Maybe it is the former teacher in me, but I just love picture books! Plus it’s always nice that I can read several in a short amount of time to keep up with my challenge!
